Please note that if your child has received their device, this process is not necessary. By clicking on the link, you will have ability to schedule a time to pick up your device.

Click the link below to pay the $35.00 technology fee BEFORE scheduling to get a device. However, should there be unfortunate circumstances which will prohibit you from paying the $35.00, please indicate the reason on the form, via the online link. There may be financial support available.
