CERDEP Announcements
To enter our CERDEP program the following items must be met or completed:
- Your child must be four by September 1st on the year of enrollment
- Registration Packet
- Dial-4 Test: make an appointment with our teachers to conduct testing
- Dial-4 Parent Questionnaire
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization records
- Medicaid Card or W-2
- Proof of Residency
- Parent Identification
Waitlist Process
If you are placed on the waitlist this means that we have met our capacity of students who have entered the program for the number of teachers that we have at the school. We will provide you with a list of local CERDEP programs and will notify you as soon as a spot becomes available for your child.
It is important to ensure that all of your information is submitted and up to date so that if we get up to your family the registration can be seamless.

Le proporcionaremos una lista de los programas locales de CERDEP y le notificaremos tan pronto como haya un lugar disponible para su hijo.
