JCSD LEAD Team Parent Survey
The purpose of this survey is to measure how well your school is creating a sense of belonging with its partners, parents and families. For the purpose of this survey, belonging is defined as: feeling like an important member of a group or team. The data will be used to identify areas of strength and weakness and guide improvement efforts. Results of this survey will be shared with your staff, students and parents in your community on or before January 31st. All information will be kept confidential and collected by the consulting firm True Empowering, LLC. This survey is completely optional and your feedback is greatly appreciated.
