* Hedy Frazier, Get “Write” on Board-Get “Write” On Board is a writing project that encourages and gives our students an opportunity to explore writing, reading, and art. Our young learners will begin to understand that what they are thinking or speaking can be written down. Students will benefit from this experience by producing a memorable book that they can take pride in and have the joy of sharing it with their family and friends.
* Crystal Pankuch, Coding in Kindergarten - Students will be exposed to computer programming through a hands-on, gamelike approach called Cubetto. The children will use colorful coding blocks on a programming console to give commands to a wooden robot. Story mats will be used to program the robot to a certain destination reinforcing directional words like left, right, forward,& backward.
