Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year at Hardeeville Elementary School where we are, "Working TOGETHER in order to GROW Together!"

My name is Stefan Bauroth and I am honored and proud to be your Assistant Principal.  This is my 22nd year in the field of education and my third year here at Hardeeville Elementary School! 

I’m originally from New York but have lived in the Low Country of South Carolina for 18 years with my wife and two girls.  Many changes have taken place in this area over the years and here at Hardeeville Elementary School we are also making positive changes of our own.  The entire staff is working cohesively as a team - striving to make HES become a premier Elementary School!

As an Assistant Principal I have the unique opportunity to not only learn and grow personally but to also help the students and staff learn and grow.  My goal is to foster a community of learners where academic success, interpersonal relations, and creativity are developed within the shared responsibility of staff, parents, and community stakeholders.
